User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile.
Our Services
BTPCraft provides an AI-powered matching platform connecting workers and SMEs. We facilitate introductions but are not a party to any employment or subcontracting agreements made between users.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the BTPCraft platform are owned by or licensed to BTPCraft. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
User Content
By submitting content to the platform, you grant BTPCraft a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of your content.
Fees and Payments
BTPCraft charges fees for certain services as described in our pricing page. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Termination
BTPCraft reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may terminate their account at any time through their profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
Limitation of Liability
BTPCraft is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between users. We recommend verifying credentials and entering into proper contractual agreements.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, unless otherwise required by applicable EU regulations.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage users to first contact us to seek an amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled through mediation before pursuing legal action in accordance with applicable law.
Modifications
BTPCraft reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
